Pre-TGE PR is not a personality contest. It is a sequence of milestones outsiders can verify.
Usually announceable
- Testnet with public docs and a real user path
- Security assessment completed (with scope stated)
- Exchange or infrastructure partnership with named counterpart
- Hiring a regulated-market lead in a jurisdiction you actually operate in
Usually wait
- "Community growth" without a number
- Roadmap slides with quarter fairy tales
- Token utility essays with no product
A simple go/no-go
- Can a skeptical reporter check the claim in five minutes?
- Would you still announce it if price action were flat?
- Does legal agree the wording is ordinary course — not an offer?
If any answer is no, keep building.
